Mangal Aarti Sermon

Key Points from the Sermon:
- Today, one’s mind is engrossed in vices (worldly desires, man’s attraction towards woman, and woman’s attraction towards man). One should withdraw the mind from these and focus on Lord Krishna’s feet. Embrace the path of Bhakti.
- One must purify one’s existence.
- Despite Kaliyug’s many faults, one gets liberation only by chanting Hare Krishna.
- The Lord is attained through awakened devotion (bhav). Though this feeling exists in everyone, it is currently covered.
- Krishna’s name removes all sins, but should be chanted purely and selflessly.
- With true interest in Krishna’s Name, attachments break. Harinam has liberated devotees like Ganika, Sudama, and Ajamil. We must also seek shelter in Harinam.
👉 Abandon all varieties of religion and surrender unto Me.
I shall deliver you from all sinful reactions. Do not fear. (BG 18.66)
👉 O Arjuna, contact with the mode of passion gives rise to lust, which becomes wrath.
It is the all-devouring enemy of this world. (BG 3.37)
👉 All must depart, be it king or pauper.
One ascends a throne, another departs in chains.
👉 If My devotees fail to remember Me at death due to bodily faults,
I remember them and guide them to the supreme goal. (Varaha Puran)
👉 One who understands My divine birth and activities does not return to this world after death, but attains My eternal abode. (BG 4.9)

मंगल आरती प्रवचन।
दिनांक:- मई 15, 2025, इस्कॉन उधमपुर।
मुख्य प्रवचन बिंदु:
- आज हमारा मन विषय-विकारों में है। हमें अपना मन इन सभी स्थानों से हटाकर कृष्ण के चरणों में लगाना है। भक्ति-पथ को अंगीकार करना है।
- हमें अपनी सत्ता को शुद्ध करना है।
- कलियुग में बहुत दोष हैं, परंतु हरे कृष्ण कीर्तन से मुक्ति मिलती है।
- भाव से ही भगवान की प्राप्ति होगी। यह हमारे हृदय में है, लेकिन ढका हुआ है।
- ’कृष्ण’ नाम सभी पाप हर लेता है, पर हमें निर-अपराध और निष्काम भाव से जपना है।
- यदि कृष्ण नाम में रुचि हो गई, तो बंधन कट जाएँगे। हरिनाम से गणिका, सुदामा, अजामिल उद्धार हुए हैं। हमें भी हरिनाम का सहारा लेना है।
👉 सर्वधर्मान्परित्यज्य मामेकं शरणं व्रज।
अहं त्वां सर्वपापेभ्यो मोक्षयिष्यामि मा शुच:॥ (भगवद गीता 18.66)
👉 काम एष क्रोध एष रजोगुणसमुद्भवः।
महाशनो महापाप्मा विद्ध्येनमिह वैरिणम्॥ (भगवद गीता 3.37)
👉 आए हैं सो जाएँगे, राजा रंक फकीर।
एक सिंहासन चढ़ि चले, एक बँधे जात जंजीर॥
👉 वातादि दोषेण मद्भक्तों मां न च स्मरेत्।
अहं स्मरामि मद्भक्तं नयामि परमां गतिम्॥ (वराह पुराण)
👉 जन्म कर्म च मे दिव्यमेवं यो वेत्ति तत्त्वतः।
त्यक्त्वा देहं पुनर्जन्म नैति मामेति सोऽर्जुन॥ (भगवद गीता 4.9)
