🔸 हमें अपने जीवन का केंद्र भगवान श्री कृष्ण को बनाना है।
🔸 ‘आश्रम’ का अर्थ है जिसका ‘आश्रय’ लेकर हम भगवत प्राप्ति करें। चाहे ब्रह्मचारी हो, गृहस्थ हो, वानप्रस्थी हो या संन्यासी—सबका लक्ष्य कृष्ण को पाना है।
🔸 खाना, सोना, इंद्रियों का तर्पण करना, और अपनी रक्षा करना – यह मनुष्य और पशु में एक समान है। मनुष्य धर्म का पालन कर सकता है। भगवान के नियम ही धर्म हैं। जो धर्म से हीन है, वह पशु के समान है।
🔸 हमें इस संसार से वैराग्य और (भगवान श्री) कृष्ण के चरणों में अनुराग करना है।
🔸 हमें जीने के लिए खाना है, न कि खाने के लिए जीना है।
👉 तेषां सततयुक्तानां भजतां प्रीतिपूर्वकम्।
ददामि बुद्धियोगं तं येन मामुपयान्ति ते॥ (भगवद गीता १०.१०)
👉 भक्त्या मामभिजानाति यावान्यश्चास्मि तत्त्वत:।
ततो मां तत्त्वतो ज्ञात्वा विशते तदनन्तरम्॥ (भगवद गीता १८.५५)
👉 इतना जप कर कि हद कर दे।
कि यमराज भी अपना खाता रद्द कर दे॥

🔸One must keep The Lord Sri Krishna as the center of life.
🔸 ‘Ashram’ means where one can get shelter to attain the Lord. Whether one is a brahmachari, a householder, a vanaprasthi, or a sanyasi, the goal of everyone is to attain Krishna.
🔸In humans and animals, all four traits are present: eating, sleeping, sensory satisfaction, and self-protection. Humans can follow religion (Dharma). Dharma is the rules of the Lord. One who is devoid of it is like an animal.
🔸One should withdraw the mind from (the material) world (filled) with sorrow, and position it on the feet of (Lord Sri) Krishna.
🔸One should not live to eat, but eat to live.
👉 To those who are constantly devoted to serving Me with love,
I give the understanding by which they can come to Me. (B.G. 10.10)
👉 One can only know Me as I am (Supreme Personality of Godhead) by pure devotional service.
Thereafter, knowing My reality, one can enter the truth (My Kingdom). (BG 18.55)
👉 Chant so much that you cross your limits.
