- Today is Varuthini Ekadasi. Everyone must fast on Ekadasi. Eating grains (and beans) on Ekadasi is to sin.
- The Name of (Lord) ‘Krishna’ removes all the sins, but one must chant this name of (Lord) ‘Krishna’ without offense and no desire.
- If one develops an interest in The Name of Krishna, all attachments will be pruned.
- The effect of Harinam has rescued many devotees, like Ganika, Sudama, and Ajamil. Everyone must take shelter under Harinam.

- आज वरूथनी एकादशी का व्रत है। सबको एकादशी का व्रत अवश्य रखना चाहिए। एकादशी के दिन अन्न खाना पाप खाने के समान है।
- ’कृष्ण’ का नाम सब पाप हर लेता है, लेकिन हमें यह ‘कृष्ण’ नाम निर-अपराध और निष्काम भाव से लेना है।
- अगर हमारी कृष्ण नाम में रुचि हो गई, तो हमारे सारे बंधन कट जाएँगे।
- हरिनाम के प्रभाव से बहुत भक्तों का उद्धार हुआ है, जैसे गणिका, सुदामा, अजामिल। हमें भी हरिनाम का सहारा लेना है।
