- मनुष्य जीवन का उद्देश्य केवल भगवत-प्राप्ति है।
- हमें हमेशा उठते, बैठते, खाते और सोते हुए भगवान का नाम लेना चाहिए, इसमें कोई देश और काल का नियम नहीं है।
- अन्य शरीरों की भांति यह मनुष्य शरीर भी नश्वर है, लेकिन फिर भी अर्थपूर्ण है। इस शरीर के द्वारा ही हम (भक्ति करके) भगवान को प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।
- हरिनाम के प्रभाव से बहुत भक्तों का उद्धार हुआ है, जैसे गणिका, सुदामा, अजामिल। हमें भी हरिनाम का सहारा लेना है।
- केवल नाम जप से ही हमारा मन हमारे वश में हो सकता है। हमें अपने मन को हरि चरणों में लगाना है।
👉 मन एव मनुष्याणां कारणं बन्धमोक्षयोः।
बन्धाय विषयासक्तं मुक्त्यै निर्विषयं स्मृतम्॥ (ब्रह्मबिन्दूपनिषद् २)
👉 नाम-गाने सदा रुचिः।
कीर्तनिया सदा हरिः॥
👉 नहीं है भरोसा जरा जिंदगी का।
मजा लूट बंदे प्रभु बंदगी का॥
👉 कृष्ण-बहिरमुख हना भोग वाञ्छा करे।
निकटस्थ माया तारे जपतिया धरे॥ (श्री श्री प्रेम-विवर्त ६.२)
👉 इतना जप कर कि हद कर दे।
कि यमराज भी अपना खाता रद्द कर दे॥

Japa Talk

- The purpose of this (human) life is only to attain The Lord.
- One should always chant the Name of The Lord while getting up, sitting, eating, and sleeping. There is no rule of place and time to chant.
- Like other bodies, this body is perishable (mortal) but still meaningful. One can attain The Lord through this body (by being devout).
- The effect of Harinam has rescued many devotees, like Ganika, Sudama, and Ajamil. One must take the help of Harinam.
- Only by chanting the name (of Hari) can one control their mind. One must position one’s mind at the feet of Hari.
👉 Mind is the main cause of bondage and salvation of all human beings.
A mind attached to objects causes bondage. A mind devoid of desires and resolutions causes salvation. (Brahmabindūpaniṣad, verse 2)
👉 Always have a taste for chanting The holy name of The Lord.
Always be engrossed in the singing of the name of The Lord.
👉 There is no surety when life ends.
Enjoy, O! Human, by surrendering to and obeying (instructions of) a Guru.
👉 A soul forgetting its original position of being a servitor to The Lord wants to enjoy sense-gratification,
Gets immediately captured by Maya(devi). (Sri Sri Prema-vivarta 6.2)
👉 Chant so much that you cross your limits.
