The man's mind wants to think about the woman, and the woman wants to think about the man. When one feels like this, one comes down to the level of the body.

*Spiritual life begins from here - I am not this body. I am a (part of) Super-Soul and have a relationship with The Lord, Supreme Father.*

*The medicine that destroys this disease of Maya is Hari Naam (Hare Krishna Mahamantra). One must ask for this medicine from Caitanya Mahaprabhu.*

*One should associate with (keep company of) saints. One can achieve all accomplishments with little (slight) association with saints.* The greatest accomplishment is - Krishna's Love. If one attains Krishna's Love, then one can attain Lord Krishna.

*Lord Krishna, the son of the King of Vraja, became the son of Saci (Lord Caitanya)*,

*Lord Balarāma became Lord Nityānanda.*

*Mind is the main cause of bondage and salvation of all human beings.*

*A mind attached to objects causes bondage. A mind devoid of desires and resolutions causes salvation.* (_Brahmabindūpaniṣad, verse 2_)

*In Kaliyuga, only the Harinaam is the asset (aid). By chanting, individuals cross the ocean.*

*Chant so much that you cross your limits.*

*That Yamraj also cancels his account.*

*Whomever you meet, tell them the instruction of (Lord Sri) Krishna to worship Him.*

*Under My order, become a spiritual master to deliver this country.* (_CC Madhya 7.128_)

पुरुष का मन स्त्री चिंतन करना चाहता है, और स्त्री का मन पुरुष चिंतन करना चाहता है। जब हम ऐसा चिंतन करते हैं, तो हम शरीर के स्तर पर आ जाते हैं।

*आध्यात्मिक जीवन की शुरुआत यहाँ से होती है कि मैं यह शरीर नहीं हूँ, जीवात्मा हूँ, और मेरा संबंध परम-पिता परमेश्वर से है।*

*यह माया रूपी रोग का विनाश करने वाली औषधि हरि नाम ('हरे कृष्ण' महामंत्र) है। हमें चैतन्य महाप्रभु से यह औषधि माँगनी है।*

*हमें साधु संग करना चाहिए। थोड़े से साधु संग से सभी सिद्धियाँ प्राप्त हो सकती हैं। सबसे बड़ी सिद्धि है - कृष्ण प्रेम। यदि कृष्ण प्रेम मिल गया, तो कृष्ण भी मिलेंगे।*

*ब्रजेंद्र-नंदन जेइ, शची-सुत होइलो सेइ*

*बलराम होइलो निताइ।*

*मन एव मनुष्याणां कारणं बन्धमोक्षयोः।*

*बन्धाय विषयासक्तं मुक्त्यै निर्विषयं स्मृतम्॥* _(ब्रह्मबिन्दूपनिषद् श्लोक २)_

*कलियुग केवल नाम अधारा, सुमिर सुमिर नर उतरहिं पारा।*

*इतना जप कर कि हद कर दे।*

*कि यमराज भी अपना खाता रद्द कर दे॥*

*यारे देख, तारे कह 'कृष्ण' - उपदेश।*

*आमार आज्ञाय गुरु हञा तार ' एइ देश॥* _(चैतन्य चरितामृत मध्यलीला ७.१२८)_
